SmileMaker Orthodontics Makes Super Smiles

Orthodontic treatment aims to improve tooth alignment and how the teeth meet. A well-aligned bite may make biting and chewing easier, but straight teeth alone do not guarantee better nutrition, overall health, or school and sports performance. An examination helps determine what treatment could reasonably achieve for you.

Braces and clear aligners are options for moving teeth, depending on the problem being treated. Aligners can be removed for meals and cleaning, but they must be worn as prescribed and checked regularly. Your orthodontist can explain the benefits, limitations, expected duration, and retainer needs of each suitable option.
